On The Day​

​

All wedding days are different and dynamic - the package options below are designed for you to choose coverage for the moments that are most important to you, no matter what your timeline looks like, with the flexibility to add any extra hourly coverage should you need it.

Full Day coverage begins in the hours prior to the ceremony and captures all of the excitement and emotion of both preps, then continues all the way through the day - every location & every venue - covering the ceremony, afternoon reception, speeches & early evening, right up until after the first few dances.

Half Day coverage offers up to 5 continuous hours photo & video - perfect for shorter wedding days, twilight packages or for capturing the heart of the day. Coverage can begin whenever you like, so you have total flexibility to choose which portion of the day you want captured most.

Ceremony coverage begins shortly before the ceremony and includes group/family/newlywed shots immediately after too. Ideal for intimate weddings, elopments and couples who simply want to immortalise their vows in epic, emotional & artistic photos along with a beautiful, full length ceremony film that they can watch back, hear and feel for years to come.

Everything will be skilfully shot in a perfect blend of cinematic, editorial, documentary & my signature storybook styles - using multiple cameras for simultaneous photo & video coverage of the key moments and an alternating mixture between both to artistically tell your story throughout the rest of the day. With professional lighting & additional audio recording equipment in the kit bag too, you can be sure that those important moments & memories will be creatively captured across both photography & film.

What You Receive

You will receive an uncapped amount of photographs (usually between 250 - 750 depending on your coverage), all professionally edited and delivered in both colour and black & white versions.

Your wedding film will feature the ceremony and speeches in their entirety along with up to 20 minutes additional highlights (depending on your chosen coverage). Everything will be professionally edited to a fully licensed soundtrack of your choosing, mixing your moments and memories with the music that matters most to you. 

You will also receive a short cinematic highlight video to a song or music of your choosing, ideal for sharing with family and friends.

Your photos and videos will be delivered to you on a beautiful, bespoke wooden USB as well as being presented securely online via your very own downloadable folder.​

Optional Extras

​

Our trusty Drone (Lancelot) is available to be sent into the skies to capture some beautiful, epic aerial footage and photographs of your day, showing your venue and shots of you and your guests from above, giving us some amazing images and a real fun experience for everyone on the day!
 

The Guest Video Diary is a great way for your guests to leave you messages, and we've seen some beautiful heartfelt ones in our time, as well as some that really cannot be discussed here on the website!  - This will be available as a separate video on your USB/Online Folder.

If you're looking for a Photo Album, this is the ultimate option - A 12x12 Lay-Flat, Fine Art Tome. Hand-bound in forest green vintage leather and debossed with the Cassidy Storytelling mark, every image is Giclee printed on deep matte, heavy-weight, gallery grade archival paper to ensure your memories remain as vivid in a century as they do today. Designed with an old-world feel and presented in a matching bespoke archival box, this is more than an album—it's an heirloom built to be passed down through generations.
